Exchange/Return Policy

We are committed to fostering relationships built on trust and loyalty. We are confident that your purchase will meet or exceed expectations. Crown Jewelers and Pawn is pleased to offer a 5-day no questions asked refund policy or a 30-day exchange policy. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange your original item(s) within 30-days upon receipt of the delivery of your purchase for another selection. You will receive full credit towards another item(s) of your choice.

To exchange/return an item, simply follow these procedures:

Please call our customer service center at 1-801-467-1115 or e-mail us at sales@crownslc.com and obtain an Exchange Merchandise Authorization (EMA).

Tell us which item(s) you would like to exchange and the desired new item(s).

Return your purchase with the original invoice, all original packaging, appraisals and certificates (if applicable), and the EMA number written on the shipping label.

Ship your item via U.S Postal Service or UPS fully insured and registered with return receipt. For security purposes, please DO NOT write “diamond” or “jewelry” or other high value words on the package. Crown Jewelers and Pawn is not responsible for loss or damage during the exchange process

Upon receipt, our Quality Assurance Team will inspect the item(s) and notify you regarding the shipment of your new purchase.  If your new item is of lesser value than the item to be exchanged, Crown Jewelers and Pawn will issue you a refund for the remaining balance.  We strive to make the exchange process simple and easy, so please call if you are unsure of these procedures and we will be happy to assist you.

Conditions of Exchange:
We can only accept exchanges that follow the Crown Jewelers and Pawn Exchange/Return Procedures.  We can only accept merchandise in the same condition as it was sent and with the exact characteristics as indicated in the accompanying certificate (if applicable).  Any uninsured, unauthorized, or improperly packaged merchandise will be returned to sender. Merchandise that has been engraved, altered, damaged or shows signs of wear, cannot be accepted for exchange.  Re-sized items will be accepted only if re-sized by Crown Jewelers and Pawn.

Exclusions:
The Exchange Policy does not apply to special orders, pearl jewelry and watches.  Please contact us before you order if you are concerned about a potential exchange.
